The database currently supports the CH, CL, CV, and CX models, going back 15 years.
More models will be added in near future. We are in process of supporting LE and MR models.
A total of 200 operations are available in the database at this point in time. All the operations have correct labor times loaded.
Out of the 200 operations, 55 are labor only operations.
In addition, part data is loaded for 69 operations.
During the pilot phase, more part data is being added.

In case of emergency situations related to service (such as website
being down), please send an email to 911@decisiv.com . In your email, in addition to
the nature of problem, please include your dealer ID, name, and phone
number. A pager message will be sent to Prevost.Asist Customer Support Team
